Startup auction was just completed for Team in sig. Mistakes may have been made as I only filled about half of my roster with anything of value

Regardless, the blind bid waivers process tonight. We've got $100 faab for the entire year, but with this list of rookies available (draft client didn't have them), I think I've got to spend the whole budget in anticipation that the rest of the league will be more conservative. Let me know which of these players should be my top priority. I've listed the amount that I currently have alotted for each player. I'm just jumping back into dynasty so any help is really appreciated!
