Trade help - counter?

Need help with a counter offer for first team in sig. Initial offer:
Give: Gurley
Get: Cooks, 2020 2nd

Here's the offering teams players:

RB| zeke, penny, Hyde, Richard, Sanders, pollard, Snell
WR| Cooks, Landry, dj Moore, Crowder, Hamilton, Jackson, d Moore, Parker, ty Williams, wilson
TE| henry, howard, reed
2020 1st, 2nd, 3rd
2021 1st, 3rd

I'm struggling to decide what/if to counter. Owner says he is competing this year. Anyone see anything that would be worth selling Gurley at a bad time? The only pieces I'm really interested in would be cooks, DJ Moore, Henry, and 2020 1st.

Cooks, Moore and a 2020 1st would be my thoughts, but I don't think you can afford to lose Gurley based on your build. I think you need to hold.

If you trade Gurley without getting a starting RB in return your RB core will struggle. I’d hold Gurley at this point.

Cooks, Henry/Howard, and 2020 1st. But since his initial offer was Cooks and a 2nd, not sure a deal gets done.
