For team 2 in my signature. In an attempt to address my RB concerns I have recently acquired Chris Carson. Thinking it's probably a good idea to target Penny next in order to lock up the backfield. I have accumulated 5 2020 1sts and was thinking about offering what I project to be a mid 2020 1st and something else with that for Penny.

Mid 2020 1st should be enough. I would throw in a 3rd if it gets it done. As of now, Penny has not done much. Don't overpay for hype.

my personal opinion.....i see i likely scenario where penny and carson limit each others ceiling, and best case scenario they both have RB2 value, which you wouldn't be able to start both of them. in dynasty id rather have penny if you are looking long term. with that said, if you are trying to compete now hold carson and grab a different RB. i would not want both penny and carson.
