Corey Davis or 2.01/2.07

Im in full blown rebuild mode and was offered 2.01/2.08 for Davis. I also own the 2.04... Davis/Tyreek are only attractive pieces... Im not a huge Davis truther but hes solid. I dont think Davis is the problem... Mariota has been bad and cant stay healthy and think Tenn is looking at a QB next year which could or could not mean new offensive system and learning curve. Build around Davis or take the picks?

FWIW Ive also been trying to sell D. Freeman as well as Alshon/Marvin Jones with no such luck. More apt to sell Davis if I can sell other guys as well... Thoughts?

I would only make this move when the pick is on the clock. While it's maybe a slight underpay for Davis, your concerns are certainly valid and worth consideration. That said, I wouldn't sell Davis out of panic but I might move him if a player is sitting at 2.01 who I might like better or equal. I've seen Hock fall that far and maybe a guy like Henderson or AJB are sitting there and, if you like them better than Davis, the additional pick is gravy.

That said, I would try and get a 3rd added. Squeeze a little since the other owner is approaching you here.

I would also take Freeman/Alshon and Marvin and try to send all 3 as a package to see if you could score a 1st/2nd/3rd combo to a fringe contender. Those guys are great plays this season but do nothing for a rebuild.

Yeah Im gonna hold until the pick is OTC. Ive seen Kyker there at 2.01... Got DK in one draft at the 2.01 (Fant,Deebo were both there) Ive been shopping the other with no luck... Hoping to be able to sell them in season. Agree all are good plays this year but useless in a rebuild. Latavius Murray/Jared Cook also looking to sell likely in season.

I would keep davis, and i haven't been high on him since his rook year. Needalife had some solid advice also. Hock probably won't be around, nor ajb but you never know. Keep in mind that davis had 60+ receptions for almost 900 yards, in an anemic offense. One could argue that ajb might hurt cd's stats, but maybe it helps open things up for him. I might go and make an offer for him right now. Good luck

Easily hold Davis for that price. This would be a really bad trade in my opinion. I think slowing down on the Davis panic is a good way to go for most owners. His QB is awful and he still put up decent numbers last year. I understand the frustration with Davis but his skills are there. Keep holding.

I traded for Davis this off season. I paid a lot more than that. I expect a 900ish yard season and 6 TDs. It will get better after maritoa.

not a fan of davis, but I am holding here. If the pick is on the clock and there is someone you love, sure, pull the trigger then.
