Evans offer ** UPDATE**

Team 1 in sig.

The Evans owner and I have been going back and forth to no avail. His last offer was my 3 2019 1st and my 2020 1st straight up for Evans. I believe this was him sending an overpay to see if I’d take it.

He has picks 7 & 8 this year and I have 5, 6 & 9. Should I just offer him all 3 for Evans and be done with it? I believe he would accept this which would give him picks 5-9. I’ve tried to keep 1 of the Picks in all my past offers.

I am almost certain that neither of the top 3 RBs this year will get to me at 5 so it would basically be 3 rookie WRs, maybe could get Henderson at 9, for Evans. Am I just having “rookie fever” by wanting to keep 1 of the picks?

4 1st rounds picks for Evans seems like too much to me as well. I could see keeping your 2020 1st and then the deal is much better.

You could send the 3 2019 offer and if he accepts it flip one of your other WR like a Thielan or Pettis for RB help. Henderson should be there at 5 but I am sure he is going to want that piece in the deal, I would. If you can get Evans for that I would do it but don't throw in the 2020.

The three 2019 picks for Evans feels dirt cheap, but if the 2020 pick is early then it will have been an overpay.

Not sure how to handle this but don’t think I'd want to make the deal he is asking for. Possible to do 2 1sts and a player?

Either accept or counter with 1.05, 1.09, and 2020 1st. Do not draft Henderson in the first round. His value is shooting up way to much for a backup
