I'd look to trade kelce for a second rb. Maybe you can check the market and see if any rb sellers would prefer kelce or the picks... you could probably go for someone like mg3, Conner, cook...

There is definitely value to be had trading one of your TEs... if you're a contender... why not bolster your roster?

I wouldn't. If you're going to break up two of the elite TEs, you better get an elite RB or WR back to help you contend.

That's the position that might keep you from truly contending and you have enough depth at TE where moving Kelce for a good RB helps you most.
