Title pretty much says it all. I’m toying with scraping the orphan I’ve taken over (Team 3 below) and am thinking about starting with a big QB upgrade.

What on top of Watson would you want to give up Barkley? A 1st? A young RB like Penny/Mack?

Based on SF values, a 1st would be big in Hope's of grabbing another QB next year in the draft.

If the 1st is projected top 3, that would work. I don’t think it would be enough otherwise.

I'm not a big Watson fan.. But I'd take him straight up over Barkley in a SF. So any gravy is nice for me.

Even in a superflex, if you're talking about rebuilding then you have to keep Barkley. He is the best building block to have. If you're set on Watson, then yeah, I would need at least a guaranteed early 2020 1st and maybe a 2nd to even consider.

I'd ask for Watson + 1st, but I'm not sure if the Watson owner would be willing to pay that.

With all due respect that's crazy. Barkley and Mahomes are 1a and 1b in superflex for me at least. It would take a first plus more for me to move either of those guys for watson

I highly doubt you're getting a 1st on top of Watson in a SF. If you really want to move Barkley and shake things up, you should package him with one of your QBs and ask for a boatload in return. No need in having 4 starting QBs if you move Barkley for Watson+. I'd think Barkley and Rosen can get you Watson and another very good player with maybe even a pick on top.

why dont you just try to win a title with your pretty good team? i think you should stop thinking about blowing it up. also almost every barkley deal ive seen this offseason i felt the guy trading away barkley lost. doesnt mean you couldnt win a deal but thought i would throw it out there, what seems like a good idea could be the biggest mistake you make.
