Just curious what you would pay for Stafford if you needed a third QB in a must start 2QB, 10 Man League

He's undervalued because of his down season which was actually only a down 2nd half of the season likely brought on by the fractured back. Early 1st for sure.

early mid in a 10 team. even more in a 12 or 12+

Early to mid 1st. Value goes up in a SF league. I'd buy him for a late first, sell him for an early first.
