Penny or 2021 1st and 2nd

Someone is offering me a 2021 1st and 2nd round for Rashaad Penny. I am in a rebuild. I am torn on this. It is basically a lottery ticket on Penny. If he becomes the guy, the Penny side is favored. If it is timeshare then I lean toward the picks.

Any opinions on this?

Yeah, I’d hold Penny too, but I’m still fairly high on him.
