Startup RBs

Postby Kkiddynamite » Thu Jun 27, 2019 12:41 pm

PPR startup OTC at 3.09

Went Mixon/MThomas to start RBs falling like flies and not crazy about my avail options at this spot.

Marlon Mack cant get behind him for some reason. Was extremely game script/flow dependent

LF- plenty of talent and still the focal point. Will he stay healthy? League winning upside imo

Aaron Jones- talented but GB offense finished middle of the road last year and new OC has utilized RBBC in the past.

Derrick Henry-talent and freak athlete but bad team with bad QB and for some reason they havent fed him. Will the end of 2018 carry over?

Any of these guys solid pick at this spot or should I just grab Cooks/DJ Moore or Cooks/TE(Kittle/Kelce only two taken so far) all the RBs feel like a reach for me for some reason. Know if I dont grab one now it will be slim pickins when it comes back to me. Maybe Drake or Carson/Penny Guice... guys like that

Ertz or Cooks for me. I like Jones a lot this year but he is a question mark after this year in my opinion.

Cooks is gone. Thought the guy had picked but apparently not. Ertz seems logical just hate his age... even though he shows no sign of slowing. Was gonna try and get “cute” and nab Engram/Henry next round. Need a RB 2 but they just dont excite me much

I'm jumping all over Ertz here. You already have a stud WR and RB, might as well add a TE and worry about an RB2 later.

QB: Watson, Lawrence, Tannehill, Fitzmagic
RB: Jacobs, Javonte, Drake, Mack
WR: Thomas, DJ Moore, Mike Williams, Golladay, Mooney, Kirk, Shepard, Parker

DB: Collins, Duggar, J Reid, Clark, Edmunds

12 Man, 1 ppr, 1 QB, 1-3 RB, 1-3 WR, 1 TE
QB: Tua, Jameis, Cam, Taysom
RB: Taylor, Javonte, CEH
WR: Jefferson, Nuk, Diontae, Juju, Shepard, Mooney, Robby Anderson
TE: Henry, Gesicki, Brevin, Cook

12 Man, 1 ppr, 1 QB, 1-3 RB, 1-3 WR, 1 TE

I think Fournette would be a pretty good RB2 at this point.

I’d probably go with Cooks. Then try to get Engram with the next pick.

Yeah gonna go LF I think... just feel he has high ceiling and will play with a chip on his shoulder. Mack is better than Im giving him credit for and draft capital is his only knock... I prob should be higher on him than I am... if hes there at the turn I may take him 4.03

Took LF and Ertz went next pick... would you trade LF+7.03 for Kerryon in a startup?

Tsk tsk. Should have taken Ertz..

And idk about that. You should be able to get a decent depth player in the seventh round. Sounds a bit pricey to me, and I'm not a fan of LF at all

I wouldn’t make that trade. Your 7th round pick will probably be a starter on your roster. You could’ve just drafted Kerryon if you wanted to.
The Other Woman Dynasty League - 12 Team PPR (QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, 2 Flex)
QB: Herbert, Lance, Stafford
RB: Bijan, Hall, Cook, Chubb, Mattison
WR: Adams, Hill, Hopkins, Robinson
TE: Waller, Engram
-
You’re in this for Life - 12 Team 0.5 PPR
(QB, 1 RB, 1 WR, TE, 3 Flex)

QB: Fields, Young, Richardson, Smith
RB: Bijan, Gibbs, A. Jones
WR: Metcalf, JSN, Addison, Q. Johnston, Mingo, Rice
TE: Kincaid, Mayer, Gesicki
2024 Picks - (x3) 1sts
-
Dynasty Addiction - 12 Team PPR /SF (QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, 2 Flex, SF)
QB: Lawrence, Fields
RB: Bijan, Dobbins, Etienne, Walker
WR: AJ Brown, Godwin, Bateman
TE: Kittle

Kerryon went 3.05 before my pick 3.10. Didnt wanna spend a 3rd on a 29 year old TE whos replacement was drafted a year ago... prefer to wait and get Engram/Henry later on
