My first devy draft is tomorrow picking 1.2. 12 team SF 2019 vet and rook combined start up. Wondering what round the 1.1/1.2 devy will come off the board? Basically whoever is the first to take a kicker gets the 1.1... and so on

I think this comes down to which devy players are still available vs a watered down rookie class. If all devy players are available, Swift could easily be the 1.01 pick.

All NCAA players available. Whoever drafts the first kicker acquires the 1.1 devy
