Pettis+Henderson for Godwin+3rd 2020?

12 team dynasty PPR league. I was offered Godwin and a 3rd round pick in 2020 for Pettis and Henderson from the Gurley owner. Is Henderson worth the incremental value I’ll get from Godwin over Pettis? (plus a 3rd) Thanks!

I would ask for a 2nd instead of a 3rd or another upside player. I'm guessing since the other owner has Gurley, he will pay up.
