Scott Miller is worth a stash maybe but there are a lot of weapons on the Tampa core already? I suppose with the departure of Beckham, Coleman may get a chance to get his career on track. Are there any other options?

Without knowing your roster or league size / make-up, I'll just ask OP to consider a couple of super annoying but maybe useful questions.

Do you have any bye week issues / overlap at QB, DST, TE, etc.? If so, anyone available to help address that?

Are there any obvious RB handcuffs to your starters you might want to consider?

Agreed with ^ above: who else is available?
"Marathon Square" - 16 team full PPR league with 24 player roster. Keep 16 per year indefinitely, draft 8. Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 Team DST

TE: T.J. Hockenson, Cole Kmet, Kylen Granson
K: Didn't make the playoffs in 2023  , and don't usually hold one in the offseason

Disclaimer: My one and only Championship in this league was way back in 2011. Therefore, take my replies with the appropriate grain of salt.

Not much left otherwise, unfortunately. Chad Beebe, Ted Ginn, and the old unsigned guys like Mike Wallace and Alfred Morris. Got all my handcuffs already.

League is a .5PPR dynasty, starts 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, and 2 Flex. Not necessarily looking for someone to start immediately. More looking to grab a WR who could eventually contribute.

Frank Gore is also available, but I don't think he'll be very relevant this season.

What?!? Grab you some Frank Gore! If anything, because of RB scarcity and the fact that you'd be blocking someone else from having him. I could see some work this year for him, especially early in the year.
