Kittle or Hockenson/Goedert

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

In a 1 TE 2 Flex league, who would you rather have?

Still Kittle right now, on value, but it could end up looking better on the other side in 2-3 years.

I think Kittle is in for a bit of a regression, he was basically the only show in town in the passing game for the 49ers. With Pettis going into year 2 and the addition of Deebo there will be more mouths to feed in the offense.

Both Hockenson and Goedert I think are more talented players coming into the league, Kittle himself even said he's glad he graduated when he did because Hock was going to take his job.

Ultimately Kittle is almost certainly going to be better than the other 2 this year, and will be a very good TE for a long time. In a couple years though I expect Hockenson and Goedert to both be as good or better than Kittle.

So it depends on your league, your play style and if you are focused on winning this year or want more high level players down the road. There's no wrong answer in this deal.

Still Kittle here. Hockenson has yet to see an NFL field and Goedert is stuck behind Ertz on the depth chart for the foreseeable future. No reason to move Kittle for two question marks.

Thanks everyone for their advice. I have Kittle but I am looking to compete in 2 years.

Sounds like I should hold off on this trade for now.
