Is this fair?

A buddy of mine just took over a team in the 1st league in my Sig. This is his first time playing dynasty and i dont want to take advantage of him.

He team is reasonable solid except for at his RB and TE 2 positions (2 TE league)

Qb: Luck
Wr: Diggs, Green, Golladay, Davis, Fuller, Pettis, Westbrook (can start up to 5)
Rb: Mixon, (AP?)
TE: Ertz, (Erik Swoop?)

I offered him Hunter Henry, Tyler Boyd and Ronald Jones for Kenny Golladay and a 1st.

Let me know if you think its a reasonably fair offer or if I'm being a prick.

That's a fair trade..

Rojo close to a 1st
Boyd , Henry close to GDay

tbh I would rather have the GDay , 1st side but it really isn't that bad

Thanks for the response. Thats why im asking. I wasnt really looking at it as rojo for the 1st. I was thinking that Henry and Boyd > Golladay but maybe im over valuing my guys

It could be argued that boyd/henry fits his team better, but really boyd is equal to future 1st....so that leaves henry + what for kenny.

He's checking to make sure its fair. So he isnt getting over on his buddy new to dynasty. The initial offer is very skewed.

I get the people saying to let him sink or swim on his own but hes already gotten a bunch of really bad offers and i dont want to be that guy. (Which is why im asking bc i know it easy to over value your own guys)
I think thats the case here, im valuing Henry almost as high as golladay due to it being start 2 TE but im probably off

I think most of us know where your going with the hh evaluation. We have or have seen others stake that claim. Check the stats though and there really is no reason to come to that conclusion. Realistically the hh value aligns with fuller from his team.

In 2TE the offer isn’t skewed though. Add Henry as his TE2, Boyd as a WR3, and RoJo as added talent/upside at RB2 and his team is solid, so the pick should be mid-late rather than early. Henry is worth the first, using Hock and Fant as example in this years draft as examples even in non-TE Premium. The gap between Boyd/Golladay isn’t as much for me as for some others apparently. Add RoJo upside at his RB2. More than fair. Add an extra pick his way if you want to be super nice.

Move it the other way, and Boyd is worth a mid-late 1st and Hunter Henry/RoJo isn’t far off Golladay in 2TE, if at all.

Thats being very optimistic...thinking kenny for hh and rojo is a fair deal. Thats counting on your trade partner as viewing hh as 800 yd 8-10 td play. Maybe your partner feels that way, but he hasnt been there yet and he's likely 4th option on the team at best imo. The appeal with henry is the td potential, not that he's gonna put up 1000 and 5.

Maybe your saying this trade puts more points on his team? No arguement here. But i can trade landry and cohen for barkley to give my partner more points on his team. That doesnt make it a fair trade.
