Trade for Goedert?

Been talking with a guy on Goedert. I would acquire him and basically have him as Ertz insurance.
Couple of packages that have been thrown out:
SEND 2.01
RECEIVE Goedert, Robert Foster
SEND 2.10 and Kirk
RECEIVE Goedert
SEND 2.01, 2020 2nd
RECEIVE Goedert, Lat Murray
He values Goedert highly and has him around that Fant range. I think the 1st one is the best offer, but even with a weak class, I’m not sure I want to trade 2.01 for him. Thoughts?

With having Njoku too, I would pass on all these pretty easily. Even in a weaker class.

Goedert is probably close to 2.01 value and I think Foster puts it over the top. Id rather have Goedert than any of the TEs in this draft cause he’s already 1 year in and has just as much talent

The only thing is that if I was to grab another TE at 2.01 (Hock/ Fant) or use a other pick on a TE, I could place them on taxi, but Goedert isn’t available for taxi. Goedert has been on this guy’s active roster, so we have 3 TE slots, so if I made the trade, I couldn’t add any TE’s to taxi.

I don’t see a problem with that. Dont make roster moves to worry about whether you can taxi them. Get the most value you can in each trade

Also if you’re worried about roster spots you could cut Eli, Gio, Ajayi, or Cobb

Wouldn’t say I’m worried about roster spots. I just like to keep my taxi full and just feel like it would be better to have a TE stashed. But it’s honestly not a big deal if I don’t because I’d have those 3 TE’s and be set for a while. Just unsure if I value Goedert at 2.01 though.
I’ve cut Eli already, but haven’t updated my team.
