AJ Brown or 2020 1st

Alright, it just got real. I had posted a question on if I should trade my 1.10 this year for a 2020 1st (link below) and the results were overwhelmingly in favor of trading for the 2020 1st. The draft has unfolded and I'm now OTC with the 1.10. AJ Brown is still available (1.04 rookie ranking on this site, 1.07 on Mizelle's rookie ADP rankings) and I'm wondering how to proceed.

For team 2 in signature, would you take AJ Brown or trade the pick for a 2020 1st next year? I would project it would be a top half of the 1st (probably 1.02-1.06), but you never can tell (league is here, look for yourself... the team I'd be trading with is 'The Injury Ward')

If you vote please leave your comments on why. Thanks!

I love AJ Brown, but I would take a projected 1.02-1.06 over him

Call me crazy, but I don't even have AJ Brown as a 1st rounder

Potential high 2020 1st easily here. Brown's situation is not great and it does not seem the titans will move on from Mariota any time soon.

Got to be the future.
Brown doesn't look likely to crack your lineup any time soon.

if the Titans move on from Mariota, that can only help AJ Brown.. but I would also trade for the 2020 1st..
if I am looking at the right team, it seems you already own Davis... so no need to have 2 Titan WRs

I just made almost this exact deal in a startup (except I also added a 17th rounder and a 2020 4th). And I'd do it again.

I'm probably higher on AJ Brown than most, too....but early 2020 1sts are going to be worth a king's ransom next season and I felt it was worth the gamble given that I think that pick came from what I view as one of the 2 or 3 weakest teams in the league.

AJ Brown is a 2nd rounder if he was in next years class, take the pick easily.

Made the same deal while OTC. Traded my 1.08 and the guy took AJ Brown.

Take the 2020 1st if that’s the offer. The odds are in your favor to be better then pick 10 right now. If your lucky and get an early 2020 pick out of it, it’ll return even more value based on projections for 2020 draft.

I'm a huge AJ Brown fan. He was my 1.02 before the draft. I think I hold him here because 1 of two things happen. Mariota figures it out, or they get a new QB. Also, I've never been a Davis fan, so I think Briwn will roll right into the top spot.

If it was a random 2020 1st maybe...but it's early-mid. I think the odds of Brown having a huge rookie season are relatively small given his situation (they're not getting a new QB this season, and Corey Davis is the WR1 right now whether you like him or not), which means that the odds are pretty good that the pick will be worth much more than AJ Brown next May.
