12 team PPR league. I legit earned 1.1 and I’m still in a rebuild situation. I’m OTC at 2.1 and debating between TJ Hockenson and Marquise Brown. I have Kittle and Walker at TE and terrible WRs (Robby Anderson, Tyrell Williams, Robert Foster are my top 3). I know my need is WR but I do think the BPA is TJH. So should I try to fill a need or just keep collecting talent?

I would take BPA and that’s Hockenson but I don’t think you can make a bad choice between either of those two players.

I would take Hockenson. Then look to trade Kittle, he is probably at his peak value, so might as well cash out on it and try to get a good package for him.

I too would take Hock and try and move Kittle. The idea that someone is always willing to overpay is just not realistic. Most dynasty owners are smart, and oh by the way, no one pays for TEs. But if you can find a deal that brings in multiple assets that helps rebuild your team, that is what I would look to do.

I would take Hockenson here. Brown has huge upside but I think Hockenson is the safer draft pick.

Definitely Hockenson. I don't expect Hollywood to be a reliable fantasy asset, and wouldn't take him until the mid-late 2nd if at all. I expect a Desean Jackson type career where one week he gives you 20 points on 3 receptions and the next two weeks he gives you single digit points. Not to mention he's small and has a QB who can't throw.

The real question is draft the player for the season you're in. Are you in a rebuild or last chances to win kind of year. A rebuild year I'd go Hollywood because you said your WRs suck. He has huge upside and stud WRs with his attributes are super rare. Just think he's a cross between A.Brown and T.Hill. Sure TJ might be safer, but are you trying win or finish second.?.? The difference between Hockenson and Kittle is so slim. And Kittle has already proven hisself. And the 49ers will only get better. TJ lands in a situation where he will be competing heavily for carches every single week. My 2 cents!

Your WRs may suck, but that won't change if you take Brown. Hock has a much better chance at being fantasy relevant and should have more value right now.
