I was thinking of trading Hayden Hurst for 2019 pick or picks? I have David Njoku and Dallas Goedert already and was thinking of grabbing te in this draft.

not a lot right now, i think hes a better hold than a sell due to the fact andrews showed pretty well and not many are excited about hurst currently but hes still a 1st round NFL draft pick and TE almost never hit in year 1. This would be a low point in his value imo.

Honestly, barely anything. I'm low on the TEs this year, but many/most would grab at least 5-7 before Hurst. You know, shiny new toy + wasted first season.
If that's the case, then you wouldn't get a pick higher than where say the 6th or so TE would go. No way that's a second or third. Likely a last-round pick or a second-to-last-round pick.
If you have any faith in Hurst, then he's a hold. If not, then he's either a trade for a last-round pick player or a cut. (And this from a guy who traded up last year to draft him in a 2TE league...)
