I have an offer on the table of an early 2020 2nd for Hunter Henry. We start one TE and I also have OJ Howard.

What are your thoughts?

Are you contending or rebuilding? If contending, I'd be nervous that Howard has yet to play a full season and would want to keep Henry as depth. If rebuilding, I'd take the early 2020 2nd based on value.
