Do they have the same cost? The range of outcomes is similar on both: great weapons, aggressive playcallers, real downside risk (injury for Wentz, benching for Winston - though less likely with Arians). Both have top 5 fantasy QBs in range of outcomes, both could miss time).

I think it's a toss-up and personal preference is fine. I'd go with whoever has an easier opening month schedule and is more likely to get off to a fast start (probably Winston).

Yes they come at the same cost. I could possibly keep both, but its a start 1 qb, 16 team league. I'd have to let Guice or Hunt go instead.

It's close if this year is the only thing being considered, but typical dynasty/long-term value it's Wentz by a mile.

Ryan Fitzpatrick averaged the second-most points-per-game last year. Winston, despite being benched twice in the middle of a game and despite having an 8-point game against the Ravens, averaged the twelfth-most points-per-game last year.

Add up Fitzpatrick's and Winston's totals from last year, and only Mahomes outscored the duo.

So, yes, Winston has top-5 upside in 2019.

I'd still lean toward Wentz, though, since floor is as important as ceiling in a 16-team league, and Wentz's is considerably higher (and he has top-5 upside himself).
