How big is the Haskins/Jones gap?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

How big is the Haskins/Jones gap?

Postby keebs3 » Thu May 30, 2019 8:54 am

Haskins
or
Daniel Jones and Rojo

I suppose this is largely dependent on how you feel about Rojo- but what is the gap you have between these two QB's?

Haskins has a higher ceiling imo, but daniels is playing with some greats in barkley and engram. I would not add much for the bump right now.

Haskins has more upside but I think Jones is a safer long term prospect

FWIW, in a 28 team (2 copy) superflex draft that just finished up, I took Haskins at 1.06 and Jones at 1.27 (both the second copies).

I’m in a similar league to you, with 30 teams double copy, SF, TE premium, and .2 PPC, and Haskins went 1.07/1.10 while Jones went 1.22/1.23. Personally, I prefer the value of Jones. He has better scramble ability for the PPC boost, has better supporting weapons, and higher draft capital. Haskins is seen much better by the market, but the gap isn’t as huge in my eyes. Trubisky vs Stafford.
