That was really the best scenario for you. Tampa Mike isn't elite yet, but he has a chance of being elite, and the colts backfield is hot garbage. Good trade for you.

Very good trade! Looking at your roster, I would definitely hang on to J Stew, Spiller, Britt, and Tampa Mike. Everyone else would be tradable if the value was right. Spiller may be hard to move and get good value right now and the other 3 could be studs in the near future.
