Looking to get a 1st rd pick next year(2020). How close is the below deal?

Depends on the other owners need but I could see that deal being accepted. Howard has a lot of hype this year and a 1st is obtainable for him in my opinion.

...Kittle just broke the single season receiving record for tight ends. That is just not a realistic amount of production to assume from Howard, whom I think is already priced well above what his production to date warrants (ie his upside is priced in).

He doesn’t have to break a record for his value to skyrocket.
