Westbrook or late 2020 1st

I had a deal in place for Westbrook on draft day and then it fell apart the pick before the deal was set to happen. I have a conditional 2020 1st that is likely 1.09-1.12 due to the condition. Would you trade the pick for Dede Westbrook straight up?

Makes sense. Then if he trades it the same thing right? Who keeps track of that stuff, the commish? Is it required to put it in the comments of the trade?
