A 4th round pick swap is nothing to worry about. I think Damien Harris has a brighter future. I'd do that deal as is.

If you aren't competing for 1-2 years the only answer is Harris. Howard will be lucky to have a job next year. Harris should see splitting with Michel for the foreseeable future
