This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

0 RB Strategy HELP!

Postby Nimrod » Sat May 18, 2019 12:27 pm

So in the middle of inaugural draft. 12 team, .5 PPR snake drat. Starting QB RB RB WR WR 3 Flex (non super) TE Def.

My top 15 RBs went off the board by pick 29! Yikes! So I decided to try the 0 RB Strategy. I have the 1.04 rookie pick and will likely be able to get one of Jacobs, Sanders, or Montgomery, which is a big reason I waited to go RB.

My picks are: Adams, Evans, Kupp, Golliday, Sutton. Ingram is my first RB taken. I have the best 5 WRs in the 12 team. but RBS will be thin. I knew that and am willing to take the risk.

RBs left are:

R. Freeman
Carson
Ronald Jones
All SF Backs
Cohen
White

Considering I will be starting my 5 WRS, Ingram and one of the rookie RBs, who would you target for RB depth? Or should I go WR again and look to trade for a better RB?

any advice from people that have done this approach or just any advice at all would be helpful!!
Team 1

QB: Kyler, Cousins, Trubisky
RB: CEH, Hines, Cohen, Evans, Perine,
WR: AJ Brown, McLaurin, Allen Robinson, Gallup, Harry, Kirk
TE: Herndon, Njoku, Doyle

Carson would be a good pick here

Given your situation, I’d throw a dart at RoJo and hope to hit the lottery. Carson is the safer floor, but not a huge fan, with Penny lurking. You’re not getting Jacobs at 1.04, but either of the other two backs will be solid for you. Again, given your situation, I’d be hoping for Montgomery.

Id take all of those other backs over RoJo... who is left at WR?
Too many teams and lineup changes to keep track of them all.
