Value is probably Fant, and upside is probably Isabella or maybe Butler.
But, I think you have to take Henderson here.

I'd only taking Fant if you have very large benches. Waiting for TEs to develop with shallow benches can be frustrating. Otherwise, snag Henderson.

I don’t see how you can take a handcuff over a potential star TE. Easy choice for me.

Truth be told I pick again in 4 picks and I am torn between taking Fant here or taking Isabella and taking Irv Smith in 4 picks.

Dropoff from Fant to Irv Smith is huge. You might still get Isabella 4 picks later. Take the TE and then best of your other poll players at your next pick.
