Value of 1.01 superflex

If I were to trade out of 1.01 what kind of return would you expect pick wise? At what point do I ask for a 2020 1st on top of the swap? Aka 1.04 and 2020 1st. If two picks this year what would you want? 1.03 and 1.08?

An owner has 1.03, 1.08 and 1.10. will I need to throw something back at him if I ask for the picks?

Another owner at 1.02 needs a QB bad. 1.02 AND 2020 1st?

I feel like I normally buy players with picks and this year I have 1st round picks for a change.

I don't anyone offers anything good anyway. Probably end up with Murray.

I would want a 2020 1st on top, if either of those trade partners 2020 picks will be early. Take the 1.02 or 1.04 and the early 2020 1st. Take hock or fant this year and have a nice pick in the good draft of 2020.

Agreed, a 2020 1st would need added to either deal. Murray seems to be gold in SF leagues already, so no reason to trade his rights away with the 1.01 unless you are getting a solid overpay.
