Who to keep?

This is a 16 team keeper league. Keep 9 players and designate 2 more players for practice squad. Players have to be below 125 points to be eligible for ps. One twist with PS is during the draft any team can select any player from another teams ps. The team losing the player will then gain that pick. Essentially its a draft day trade.

Who would you keep and who would you designate for the ps?

I put my thought on keepers in Bold
I was also thinking of putting Goedert on my ps in the hopes that someone "steals" them from me early in the draft. That way I'd get a early pick for them.

Goedert isn’t marked ps eligible. I think the ones you have marked are probably correct. Winston would be a consideration if you had space due to the natural position shortage in 16-team, but I wouldn’t keep him over the 9 marked. I’d probably ps Brown and Goedert. If they aren’t taken, they’re solid options. If they are, hopefully they’re taken at or slightly higher than their adp
