Dalvin Cook or Gurley?
I was offered gurley for my dalvin cook due to the owner freaking out about the gurley injury. Should I take advantage or sit tight with dalvin cook

Re: Dalvin Cook or Gurley?
I disagree that its an easy accept. I would personally rather have dalvin. Degenerative arthritis is no joke and in a dynasty league, what is the point of having gurley at 60-90% of what he was last year, for one or two more years vs cook who had two unrelated injuries and is primed for a huge season. I'd keep cook here.

Re: Dalvin Cook or Gurley?
I'd go TG but you'll probably have a lot of trouble trading him if you need to. His value is all over the place right now, I mean, you would've never been offered you Gurley for Cook 6 months ago...

Re: Dalvin Cook or Gurley?
I mean if Gurley is 60% of last year id agree with you, but if he is 90% he is still a high end RB1. Also, Cook has yet to play a full season, so you are trading the risk of a guy who has multiple RB1 seasons for a guy who hasnt played a full year.Bennyblanco22 wrote: ↑Thu May 09, 2019 12:49 pm I disagree that its an easy accept. Id take the Gurley side and roll the dice on gurley still being an RB1 then Cook being healthier for any longer than gurley might be

I would have taken that in a heartbeat.

He's had multiple RB1 seasons, but past stats don't help your team win. Gurley may do fine this season, but his decline is in motion already.

Re: Dalvin Cook or Gurley?
Why? You’re speculating about Gurley here. We don’t know anything, but Gurley is a top tier talent even if he is in a 75/25 split next year with Henderson. On the other hand, Dalvin has been hampered by injuries during his two years in the NFL and has failed to eclipse 1,000 yards rushing for his entire NFL career. Sure, he could be a breakout this year, but I’ll take the known talent of Gurley with some unspecified arthritis over a guy who has yet to show he can handle a full-time NFL workload.Bennyblanco22 wrote: ↑Thu May 09, 2019 12:49 pm I disagree that its an easy accept.
