so I got this offer in a 12 team SF PPR league

I get Boyd and 2.11
I give 2.01 and 2.03

I accepted the trade... just wondering what the consensus is

I'd say Boyd = mid/late 1st, so the value here seems fair. I'd probably take Boyd + 2.11 since I don't see a huge difference between 2.03 and 2.11.

looking at how some WRs are slipping into the second round, i would have waited to see how the draft was going before pulling the trigger, but it's fair.
