For Team 2 below, an orphan I took over that is in a complete rebuild. I have the 1.02 and received the following offers from two different teams:
Give: 1.02
Receive: 1.12, 3.01, 2020 1st (likely late)
Give: 1.02, 4.11, 2020 2nd (likely early), Chicago DEF
Receive: 1.05, 2.07, 2020 2nd (likely late), Baltimore DEF
Obviously not taking either offer as I don't think I'm getting the right value in return. Thinking of making the following counters:
Give: 1.02
Receive: 1.12, 2.01, 2020 1st (likely late)
Give: 1.02
Receive: 1.05, 2.04
Do you think those two counters are fair? Also, which one would you rather do? I like the idea of getting a 2020 1st, but its likely going to be late. Meanwhile, with the second trade I'd only be sliding down 3 spots so could possibly trade again and get more value.
Any thoughts?

Threw in the extra 3rd just to see if he would take it, or at the very least give me room to remove it if he countered. He ended up accepting that offer.
