Think of it in terms of players. Would you rather:
One of whoever falls from Zeke/McCaffrey/OBJ/Hopkins/Kamara and a 2020 1st
Or
Two of Kelce/Julio/Wentz/Cooper/Rodgers/Wilson/Bell/Cook etc.
Also, consider your starting requirements. If you have a bunch of flex spots, superflex, IDP you might want the 2 players. Are you planning on competing in year 1 or building? Also, consider that the 1st you're getting will likely be late because that owner is improving his team this year.

The only concern is that my first pice wouldn't be until 2.7, extremely late. But I would have 4 of the top 30 picks with 2.7, 2.12, 3.1, 3.6.

I voted on the 1.06 and 2020 1st. But it's very close. the 2.12 and 3.01 are very good picks in SF. But I think the 1.06 still has an extremely valuable stud and I would rather have that than the two guys at 2.12 and 3.01. The two later startup picks will make your team better this year for sure though. If the 2020 1st wasn't on the trade I would consider it. But I will take the stud and future 1st here.
