That's how I think , Even if KC drafts WRs with every pick Sammy is still going to be the #1 at least for this year as long as he stays healthy , I don't think anyone in this draft comes close to Sammy's talent level

As of right this minute, I think I’d need the 1.04. If you ask me again in 24 hours, I might be willing to take the 1.06 or 1.07. I just don’t see too many more rookies landing in situations better than Sammy’s.

I'd hold and sell later for more. The only reason to sell now is if you think he won't produce as the #1 WR option in that offense. If you think he will produce hold him and let him play a few games then sell

I have held him since he rookie year, not interested in selling now when he is in what would have to be considered one of the best situations ever, in the history of the NFL. He is 25 years old now, turns 26 in a couple of months. Entering his "prime" years. I understand health issues but if (I know a big if) he stays healthy is there anyway he doesn't put up WR1 numbers?

Sent out some feelers and, in response to 1.09+ starter to current owner of Hill and Mahomes, was told "Not interested at that price. He's hurt too often." A bit of a surprise from an owner of a team that lacks WRs.

I think it likely that 50% + of the fantasy population feel the same way.

He's only 25, gonna turn 26 in a couple months. He's the #1 WR in what will still likely be regarded as the #1 passing offense in the league, or top-5 if you want to be conservative. No matter what rookie they draft, there is a 0.2% chance that they just jump over Sammy on the depth chart in their first year. It's not like they're taking a bonafide stud WR with a top-10 pick, they're taking a prospective WR in the 60's or perhaps even later. The only thing that could screw up Sammy's preseason value, is if the Chiefs go out and trade for a veteran WR (which certainly is possible), or if they trade up CONSIDERABLY for a WR in the 2nd. If they just take a WR with their already existing picks in the late 2nd or 3rd, I honestly see that as a win for Sammy. You can't just assume that any WR the Chiefs draft will be an automatic slam dunk.

There's a good chance he'll be mocked in the 3rd or 4th rounds of fantasy drafts this year once we get to August. I plan on waiting for that projection to be established, and then I will start fielding offers. At which point I'll either sell, or hold if I don't like the offers.
