Give: Cooks + 1.01
Get: Michael Thomas

Feels like a bit much to go from Cooks to MT in Superflex? He declined Fuller + 1.01 instead.

In any standard league, yes, but in SF, that's Kyler Murray + Cooks for MT, so I would pass. Cooks is about as solid and consistent as we get right now, so while MT's upside is higher, it's not worth Kyler Murray IMO. Your RB/WR are really bad right now, so getting MT for a potential stud QB isn't really your primary concern. I would 1. Move Brees asap, 2. Draft Kyler Murray to pair with Mahomes, Wilson, Stafford, then Move Kelce as well. Kelce is at the peak of his value right now so you could get away with moving him for a Stud Wr or RB especially in TE premium + someone like OJ howard, or Evan Engram, or Hunter Henry who I personally think all have bright futures. Then Brees + Cooks maybe if you wanted to upgrade, then when the season starts and Stafford returns to his stat padding ways, I would move him as well. Building your dynasty around Mahomes, Wilson, and Murray is the way to go IMO.

You dont need Murray with Mahomes/Russ/Stafford. But it makes no sense for you to buy up with how little depth you have at RB and WR right now.

I would be looking to sell the 1.01, Brees and possibly even Kelce (get a lesser, younger TE back for him) for quality RBs and WRs

x2 Murray + Cooks > Thomas. If you really want Thomas, I'd ask for a 2020 2nd back at the very least. Plus, it doesn't look like you're ready to contend this year regardless, so I wouldn't be making too many 2 for 1 deals.

You don't have the depth to pull that off. Thomas is an awesome guy to own but your team looks to be a few years away from competing so keep the 1.01 and build up your team.

I think this is just fine for a trade. I like Murray a lot but you're going to get immediate top 5 production from MT and call me crazy but I think Dalton is about to have a career year. Their O-line is finally getting back to where it was a few years ago when Dalton was a competent QB and they have weapons galore on that offense.
