Which side and how much is required to make up any difference?

Hopkins for me. I could see an early 2nd being added to the Evans side but I think these 2 are pretty close

This. Really wouldn't pay more than that to upgrade to Hopkins. Especially with Evans being a year younger.

Nuk b/c certainty around his QB play. Probably by a late first for me, but Evans owners likely wouldn't bite.

However, at this time next year I could see Evans being valued higher.

Hopkins. What would you need to add to go from Evans to Hopkins will vary between owners and leagues. A late first/early 2nd.

i cant stand when people say a 2nd is the gap from a top 10 player to a top 5 player. you wouldn't accept that deal so why would you suggest it? a 2nd isnt closing any gap here. a mid first might, heck even a late first if the nuk owner loves picks, but ya a 2nd is not enticing at all.

Wait. So a later first might be enough, but an early 2nd is not enticing at all?

that is correct. i didnt say that pick 13 is worth way less than pick 12 (it can be though for sure), but if you are sending offers you see a 2nd as a 2nd not as almost a first... nobody parting with nuk for evans and a 2 but i could see it for evans and a 1st (eve if the first happens to be late)

hope that makes sense its the art of the deal and perception more than a true value

so 1.12 does it but 2.01 doesn't?

I could certainly see parting with Nuk for an early 2nd depending on who is available at the 2nd.

Hopkins is more consistent, not even worth a second thought and I love Evans as much as anyone.

Why bother just keep Evans if what you have to add to the deal is uncomfortable for you you can win championships with both Evans and Nuk so why even bother inquiring unless you’re a Texans fan or something. Evans is gonna be great this year you’ll be sorry you gave up a first and Evans to acquire Nuk unless you’re a bad drafter (I know many) then by all means go get your guy but if you’re not just stand pat keep the pick and don’t worry about Nuk

I have Hopkins in a league. If someone offered me a late 1st/early 2nd and Evans for Hopkins, I would decline. Unless the pick was OTC and I saw a must-have player. But that probably wouldn't happen.

I have Evans in a league, if someone offered me Hopkins for Evans and my late 1st/early 2nd, I would probably decline. If someone offered me Hopkins for Evans and a late 2nd, I would accept. But that probably won't happen.

So for me personally, I will probably be a holder on both sides. Unless an owner was really aggressive on their offers & gave me a deal I couldn't refuse.
