General roster thoughts

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

General roster thoughts

Postby Flgatorguy87 » Sun Mar 31, 2019 2:03 pm

I have enjoyed my short time reading on the forum so far and wanted to get some feedback on my overall roster going into our 3rd season.

I will be drafting at 1.02 and 1.08 this year. I had really thought I would take Murray if he was there and really like Sanders at my 1.08. As I have started reading more and more I really have started developing an affinity for this WR class. Now I am feeling a little pulled in all directions on where to take this draft, including moving some of it to later years. I do have an extra 1st next year already that will project to a mid-late 1st, as well as my original 1st that will likely be in the same neighborhood.

I apologize for the ridiculously broad question.

In Superflex, would take Murray at the 2 pick if he is there. If he isn't, I can understand feeling pulled. I was the same for the 3 pick and traded it pre draft which I never do as usually wait until on the clock, but I don't know if the value will go up this year post draft.

the thing about the wr class is that it's deep. so deep that several experts predict that the most productive receiver may be a guy that doesn't go in the first round of rookie drafts and certainly won't in sf. take murray if he's there, I'd probably take haskins if murray goes depending on where he lands.

1.01 Owns Winston, Wentz, Fitzpatrick, Allen, and Rosen and really are rebuilding somehow in only our 3rd year. I really think Murray will be there for me. Thanks for the input so far.

Murray would be a fun player to grab at 1.02 and then go from there with who is available at 1.08.

I would go Murray or Haskins at 1.2 and then try to capitalize on Rookie Fever by selling your 2019 1.08 for a 2020 1st.

I would take Murray at the 2nd pick but don't be surprised if the team at 1.01 takes him despite not needing a QB.
