He also went through the Gordon drama and a few other IDP PR disasters so he's probably like "bleep, not again!"

He'll get released if he's charged IMO, with the crap from college. He sold them on being a changed person etc., and they took a lot of bad press on drafting him. AP got 6 games, but I think they may factor in the incident from college. Who knows.

I don't think Watkins value should jump as much as it probably will. The guy just can't stay on the field. A 2020 2nd would be the most I'd give for him, esp without knowing for sure what will happen with Hill.

While that might be true, I can live with this trade considering that I don't think I'll ever be able to trust Hill to stay out of trouble in the future. Dalvin is a young RB with mid RB1 ceiling, so I don't feel too bad. Also, Hill is not getting that long-term deal, and if he leaves KC, his value takes a big hit.

I think that deal that the Chiefs were working on to make him the highest paid wr in the league took a huge hit. So I think his real life price just went way down.

I offered Watkins for any 2019 or 2020 1st before the Hill news , Kinda happy no one took it now I would want a early-mid 1st for him , His ranking was around 1.06 before this..

The injury is the main concern , If Watkins wasn't a injury risk being only 25 years old and maybe the WR1 on KC if Hill is released then Watkins would be up there with the top WRs values , But that lingering injury risk kills his value.
