How far off is this...*UPDATED*

Postby EAGLES » Thu Mar 07, 2019 5:40 am

I declined the owner’s offer and now that OBJ is on the Browns, he’s made a slightly better offer.

Give: OBJ, Freeman
Get: Cooks, Mixon, 1.12

Honestly, I want to hold OBJ to see how good he can be with that offense. I don’t think this would make me want to move on from OBJ right now. If he’d swap Cooks for Diggs or removed Freeman from my side, I’d be more interested.

What’s the community think?

==============================================
I have an owner that’s been trying to get OBJ from me since last year. He sent over the below offer, but I don’t think it’s enough for me to move OBJ. Personally, I’d prefer to move OBJ for a package without adding players on my side so this owner may not be the best trade partner.

What’s everyone think? Would love to add Mixon, but Fournette was going where Mixon is going this time last year. So, in my perspective, Fournette can get back to that early 2nd round value as opposed to Cooks ever getting to top 5 value.

Give: OBJ, Fournette
Receive: Cooks, Mixon, 2020 2nd

1QB 2RB 3WR 1TE 1SuperFlex 2Flex

My team notables:
Watson, Brees, Smith
Fournette, Devonta, Damien
OBJ, AJG, Landry, Godwin, Robby A
Doyle

His notables:
Mahomes, Winston, Carr
Zeke, CMC, Mixon
Hill, Diggs, Cooks, Dede, Shepard
Burton
1.12, 2.12

Try to swap LF for freeman or Damien or swap cooks for diggs and see if he’ll go for it

His offer isn't even close for me. If he wants one of your best assets he should be giving you a haul for OBJ. There is no point in trading players and making lateral type moves. It doesn't really help your team.

I would need Diggs, Mixon, and 2020 1st for OBJ to get talks started. You could throw in Damien but he has Hill so I doubt that will help you. I like Freeman for the next couple of years so I don't think I would give him up.

thats pretty close as is. mixon and obj are side by side in startups, most everyone would take cooks and a 2nd over fournette (unless its like start 3 rb).

so i agree it is a bit lateral so try to make it worthwhile

if you have obj way over mixon make him send you a high first or another player in an area of need rather than a pick.
team 1
12 team, 1 pt for 4 rec, 0.1 per rush
1qb, 3 rb, 4 wr, te, k, 4 idp
Dak , Herbert
Achane, Breece Hall, KW3Kyren,Ford, Miller, Spiller, z evans, singletary
J Jefferson, Diggs, DK, D Smith Puka, C Watson, E Moore
Njoku , HH, Engram

2024 picks
1,3,4,5,5,6,7 (all late mostly)

team 2
12 team .5ppr
qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, te, flx,flx,
Fields, Dak
Ford,Mixon, Javonte, Mostert, Chubb, Spears
Hopkins, Evans, g Wilson Mingo, shaheed, Jamo
Kelce,McBride, Chig,

1,2,3,3,5

team 3
14 team sf, even scoring idp to offense (rb scores highly too)
Josh Allen, A Rich, Foles, Rudolph
Bijan, Charbs, Spears, Ebner
J Williams, G Wilson, C Watson, Flowers, J Addison, Tillman
Kincaid, Kolar, Ruckert, Fergeson

Kenny Clark, josh allen, jaelen phillips, felix a-u and a bunch of fluff and rookie fliers at idp

x2 taking out Fournette from your side would make it much closer.

Agreed. I don't have OBJ and Mixon that far apart.

Updated OP....

I declined the owner’s offer and now that OBJ is on the Browns, he’s made a slightly better offer.

Give: OBJ, Freeman

Honestly, I want to hold OBJ to see how good he can be with that offense. I don’t think this would make me want to move on from OBJ right now. If he’d swap Cooks for Diggs or removed Freeman from my side, I’d be more interested.

What’s the community think?

Seems like you have your answer. What we think shouldn't matter that much.
