What? in a SF 1.04 easily over Sutton, he was not that good, and I was super high on him a few years ago. Shepard is on par with Pettis for me, or better, and the rest, meh, BUT as a Hamilton owner, I'd gladly take 2.12 over him. That's how I see it. I like Pettis, but also think Sterling Shepard could have a Golden Tate minus type of FA deal, where he goes somewhere else a becomes more of a target. 1.04 over Sutton by quite a bit for me. He showed little ability to separate, dropped some very catchable balls, is in a bad situation, and honestly I'd rather take a shot on these rookie WR's who are coming in a year and a half younger than he did.

I would gladly take this deal OP. Be real, you have 2 WR's that aren't elite prospects with Case Keenum, and or a rookie QB. Meanwhile, it's bound to happen that a rookie in the top 4 lands in a juicy spot, and your 1.04 will be worth Sutton plus (it is already by half a round IMO, is an SF). I'd take it.

Breaking it down

1.04>Sutton
Shepard=Pettis
2.12>Hamilton

The main part of this deal is the Sutton vs 1.04, but Sutton does not look like a guy who will be a new NFL dominant X receiver. He doesn't have the route running, or hands to make plays on all parts of the field. He was very much a bubble screen/jump ball guy in college, and I saw no progression in year 1 from that. I really soured on his Dynasty potential and sold this off season, and I was high on him in college, but he is the same guy from 2 years ago when I liked him. I just don't see WR1 in his outcome. Maybe WR2. Maybe he gets it together, but he wasn't a young rookie coming in, and I want those guys to be more polished, like Ridley, if they do. He's still "learning" how to run simple routes, and that's not good going on 24, IMO.

I like what FF has said above. I'd much rather have the pick than Sutton. I like the other 2 WR though and think I'd rather keep Pettis than Shepard at this point. Hamilton for the 2nd is whatever to me

Sutton > 1.04
Pettis = Shepard
Hamilton > 2.12

I love Sutton but I'm starting to come around on Hamilton because of people here pointed out Keenum loves his slot WRs and Hamilton outplayed Sutton bad the last 4 weeks when he came back.

I would hold what you have. Everything I ready, the QB's are not supposed to be overly talented this year outside of a couple.

I'd take the 1.04 side in a SF...value of that pick is going to rise the closer we get to the draft, I think it's the best piece. Don't really care about Hamilton.

I'm not sure this being a SF changes the value of the 1.04 much, unless you think you get the top QB with that pick and that top QB will be good.

I like this idea. Honestly I think I like Pettis more than Sutton.

I'm not giving up Sutton and Pettis, especially considering Flacco news

I like the Sutton side.

Flacco will be better for Sutton than Case.

Regarding Hamilton, while Flacco doesn't target the slot as highly as Case, Flacco still gave Snead 8 targets/game last yr, which is almost 130 per yr, so I think Hamilton will still be a fine ppr play.

The only guy I'd be really be worried about would be Pettis. I think AB will in SF which could significantly impact the breakout of Pettis.

Even with that considered, I still think I'd rather the Sutton side.
