Gronk’s Value??

Seems like I haven’t seen any posts on Gronk’s value. For Gronk owners what are you looking to sell him for in terms of picks for this upcoming draft, or any specific players? He is roughly the same age as Kelce and ertz, but didn’t look himself this year. He also may retire after this Super Bowl, especially if the Pats win.

You have missed the window to sell imo. Everyone is aware of the situation you mentioned..... Really just a hold for me at this point. Maybe he gets hot and you can move him next season (assuming he comes back).

Everyone thinks he's retiring, so his value is close to zero right now. You'll have to wait until he announces he's coming back (if he does) to be able to sell.

If someone were willing to give me an early 2nd right now, I'd probably do it. Chances are slim ppl are looking to buy right now though. If he comes back, I would hope to grab a late 1st from a contender.

Even if Gronk does come back next season, his value is shot. There's no way you could get a 2nd, let alone a 1st. He's washed. I'd take anything I could get for him.

This is what I think from my leagues, No one wants a guy that could retire or play 3 games a year, I think a 3rd rounder would be the highest a gronk owner will get

You need to hope he has a really good superbowl and no mention of retirement and then try to sell for a late 1st or early 2nd. That would be you ideal situation, but don't think it's very likely. You might still be able to find an owner willing to pay a 2nd.

Guessing that something will come out about an injury after the superbowl. Hopefully he decides to play another season, because I'd rather plop him into my TE and hope for a random blow up week, instead of putting a Burton/Vance McDonald type in.

If you can get a mid 2nd or better, I'd take it.

Otherwise, I'd prob just hold and hope for a better selling window in the future. You could likely sell for a 3rd but so what, what is the realistic likelihood of a 3rd rounder in a poor draft breaking out...

if I don't sell, and lose out on a 3rd rounder, it's no big loss. If I sell for a 3rd, then he has surgery, and looks semi back to normal next season - it's a heartbreaker. A mid 2nd rounder or better is much easier to stomach.

hold, he might bounce back, everyone thought he was done after the back issue. dominated next season. i do think hes nearing the end but i also think hes prob been hurt all year and its affected him big time. he was normal gronk week 1,week 14, and last week vs KC. all hope isnt lost for him to help you or bring solid return in a trade, but right now is not the time to try to shop him.

I would just hold at this point and hope he plays another year or 2. The time to sell Gronk has passed
