Justin Tucker and it's not close. He's the only kicker that has any actual trade value.

Do you account for wind speed when the ball is in the air? Are points adding for swirling winds? Do kickers got docked for playing in a dome? Are misses scored accordingly to distance away? Do you add the angle into the yardage if the ball is on a hashmark? Is it a Superkicker or 1 kicker league?

How early in a dynasty startup do you normally draft a kicker? Same as redraft? Last couple of rounds?
