Team 2 in my signature just coming off a surprising championship win.
Other team is in somewhat of a rebuild mode so im thinking about making a play for Julio. I don't have too much faith in Rosen becoming a franchise QB so i'm leaning towards Rivers but dont want to be losing value. ill list his roster below incase anyone wants to help me put together an offer.
He sent me one recently which was super off in terms of value imo but my Rosen, fournette, fuller, marvin jones and my 2020 1st in exchange for his lamar jackson, tyler boyd, my own 2019 2nd (2.12) and his 2019 2nd (2.05) which i thought was a horrible offer. was thinking of countering this but i dont want to be losing value. Seems like people have rivers valued as an early 2019 2nd which i think is way too cheap in a 12 team superflex but maybe I am over valuing rivers b.c. I own him in 2/4 of my dynasty leagues.

His first offer was absolutely insulting imo.
If you think you can win it again next year, obtaining Rivers is a smart move. Your team is full of youth and he would practically be the only aging player. It's definitely a power move, I like it.

i think getting a 1st back on the rivers deal is probably borderline insulting
Too many teams and lineup changes to keep track of them all.

That first offer was pretty bad. I'd be shocked if he accepts the second offer due to the added pick. Maybe a second, but a first seems like a lot. Hope it gets accepted though!

Yeah if he's rebuilding and came to you with Rivers I'd try to get a tiny bit added. I'd take it straight up for a competitor though
