After two years finishing in the bottom third of my league, I need to make some moves. Which direction would you take this team?

Starting reqs: 1QB, 2-4RB, 2-4WR, 1-3TE
QB: Luck, Trubisky
RB: Da. Johnson, Drake, Miller, Burkhead, Foreman, Justin Jackson
WR: Evans, Allen, Smith-Schuster, Sutton, A. Miller, Reynolds, Gabriel, Cobb, Hamilton, Gordon (sus)
TE: Doyle, Brate, Everett, Jonnu, Hurst
Picks: 2019 2.1, 3.3, 3.8, 4.1, 4.4 2020 1st-5th

Obviously TE and RB are my weaknesses, but I'm not sure if I'd even be able to contend if I tried to feel those holes anyways.

Any ideas?

What should I look for if I tried to sell Johnson at this point? I got him recently for Tevin Coleman and late 2019 1st & 2nd

To find value wherever you can?

From your posts, that seems to your bugaboo: unclear objectives. If I'm misreading your posts, then please do let me know and clarify what I missed. If you would like us to brainstorm the best objective for you, then I imagine that I/we would be happy to do that, too!
