Re: Gordon V Jones/Moore
Gordon has shown the ability to be elite but Jones appears to be the bell cow in Green Bay. That is a pretty solid offer in my opinion. Moore could be a a big player to get. Tough call, but I would say make the deal
Re: Gordon V Jones/Moore
So you are going for the win this year? Do you have a bye for week 14? If so keep Gordon, he'll be back for week 15 showdown with the chiefs
In a rebuild that's not a bad offer

Re: Gordon V Jones/Moore
Is there a trade deadline? Who is the owner wanting to make this trade are they in the playoffs as well? I'd be hesitant to move a top 3 RB that could return for week 15-16 to seal the deal for you.Never Veto wrote: ↑Sat Dec 01, 2018 1:00 pmI’m the 2 seed looking the play in the Championship for the 3rd year running
Looking at the schedule rest of season Aaron Jones has great matchups except week 15 against the bears which is really scary for the second most important week of the year. Gordon probably won't be back until week 15 against the chiefs which is super nice matchup but then follows that up with a week 16 matchup against the ravens

Re: Gordon V Jones/Moore
MY issue with it is Gordon is a locked in top 5 Back production wise for the next few years, I like Aaron Jones a lot and don't think this scenario happens but we see it every single year with guys that have little draft capital and salary. He's a 5th round pick with a drug suspension on his record, I don't find it hard to believe the Packers would part ways very quickly from Jones if he has another suspension or he under performs at any moment since they have no financial or draft capital incentive to keep him around. Again I don't think that happens but that is still a very real possibility, I like Moore a lot too and think he's going to be great but for a contender he probably won't help too much down the stretchvix_trader wrote: ↑Sat Dec 01, 2018 1:05 pmIm taking the Jones/Moore side regardless if Im competing or not. Re: Gordon V Jones/Moore
The other guy is not in the playoffs. My other RBs are Fournette, Conner, Peterson, Duke Johnson, Clement and some ransoms. WRs are Thielen, Green, JuJu, Fitz then it gets really thin. You can only start 3 RBs and 3 WRs

Re: Gordon V Jones/Moore
I guess I'd make that trade, you need WR youth to replace Fitz/Green and I also think Moore might be a pretty big upgrade over Fitz ROS if he's a starter.Never Veto wrote: ↑Sat Dec 01, 2018 1:52 pmThe other guy is not in the playoffs. Re: Gordon V Jones/Moore
If I'm moving Gordon I want an elite piece back rather than selling for multiple players. Could see it for a rebuild team but otherwise I say no. Try and see if you can package something small with Gordon and go for one of the elite WRs if you need help there

Re: Gordon V Jones/Moore
i hope u didnt do this deal now that Conner might be out a couple weeks with a high ankle sprain
Re: Gordon V Jones/Moore
This should be Gordon fairly easily. No one would sell any of the other top RBs for this package.
