1 more trade offer

Postby Gator Sens » Thu Nov 08, 2018 10:34 pm

Busy day on the trade front for me today. I was just offered Chris Carson, Josh Gordon, 2021 1st and 2021 2nd for Nick Chubb and Jaleel Scott. Thoughts? Thanks for all the advice today all

Depends where your team is, if you’re contending or not. I still would prefer Chubb though
12 Team PPR
QB/2RB/3WR/TE/Flex
QB: Mahomes/Jones
RB: Mixon/Chubb/Mostert/Burkhead/McKinnon
WR: Wilson/JuJu/Marquise/Mooney/Campbell/Dotson/Osborn/Julio/Tolbert/Shakir/Metchie
TE: Andrews/Hurst

Snap that up for value. You have plenty of good to great RBs in your stable for now and need to take a stab at Gordon being a WR1/2 level guy, and this is an overpay for Chubb.

Then keep Gordon as a possible WR1/2 flyer and trade the rest of those picks plus Carson for a bonafide borderline current WR1/2 like Diggs that you could buy low, for say two future 1sts and a 2nd, or 2 future 1sts and Carson.
Team 1
10 team .5 PPR, 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1 TE, 1Flex

QB: Brees, Cousins
RB: McCaffery, Guice, D Williams, Breida, Drake, Penny, S Ware, R Jones, J Adams, I Smith
WR: A Brown, Jeffery, Robinson, Ridley, Pettis, Miller, Shepard, Callaway, MVS, Washington
TE: Kelce, Herndon

Picks:
2019 1.10, 2.10, 3.10, 4.10
2020 1, 2, 3, 4

I would ask for at least something with a decent floor coming back for Chubb. 2021 draft is way too far away and do you really think Josh Gordon can survive an offseason?

I dont have an issue if you want to move Chubb and moving him for a WR makes sense. But moving Chubb for a meh RB, 2 rolls of the dice in 3 years and the ultimate roll of the dice in Gordon isnt a good deal.

Picks are too far away for me. If they were both 2020 then maybe I'd think about it. Chubb looks great and Gordon has his risks. He doesnt have a better RB to send in return?

Not that he is willing to move, his top RB is Gurley

I prefer Chubb. Picks are too far away for me. I like Chubb going forward over Carson and Gordon is a complete roll of the dice.
