Pickup David Moore?

Moore was just dropped to waivers. Should I pick him up? And if so, is Crowder or Tyrell Williams the drop?

We can only have a max of 7 WRs, so I have to cut 1, and those 2 are the first ones on the chopping block.

I'm still not sure what anyone has in David Moore. Williams is pretty boom or bust and Crowder is tied to Smith...I think I would hold Crowder for sure, Williams is a toss up for me. I would probably hold what you have

potential. you know what you have in Crowder, and Williams is boom or bust. Moore could become more than both of them.

I'd rather have Tyrell over Moore but I'd consider dropping Crowder. Ultimately I'd advise holding these two over Moore. We know Crowder can be fantasy relevant.
