I get why the AB side wants to trade, not sure why a borderline playoff team would make that trade. Hunt side

The gap between Hunt and AB is not Moore and a 1st. If anything, I wouldn't be surprised if most preferred Hunt straight up due to age.

That's probably a lot closer to fair value. I'd probably give the edge to the Cook side since you need to get younger and AB isn't helping you do that. Much closer though.

I would much rather take the Hunt side. I think switching to Cook makes it even more lopsided.
