I don't know if Jones gets you a better QB, but the value is probably fair. I'd say both are valued at a late 1st right now and could go up at some point. Not a big fan of Allen either, but he's still a starting QB and his value will probably go up next year. If I didn't need a QB, I'd rather hold Jones.
